Version 2026-09 · Teach Seoul ("we") is operated by TCG Company Co., Ltd., the controller of the data you send us.
Only what you type into the application form: your name, email, optional phone number, citizenship, country of residence, degree level and optional major and university, years of teaching experience, whether you hold a teaching certificate, earliest start date, your note to us, and the resume file if you attach one. We also keep a record of the consents you gave and when.
To assess your application, contact you about it, and — if we make you an offer — prepare the paperwork for an E-2 visa. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it.
Our hiring team. Your resume sits in private storage that is not reachable from the public internet. We use Supabase (database and file storage, servers in Seoul, South Korea) and Vercel (website hosting) as processors. We do not share your application with any other school or agency.
On servers in South Korea. If you apply from outside Korea, your data is transferred to and stored in Korea — that is the consent we ask for on the form.
Up to two years from your last contact with us, so we can reach out when a suitable opening appears. Ask us earlier and we will delete it.
You can ask us to show, correct, or delete your application, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Write to hiring@teachseoul.com and we will act on it. Withdrawing consent means we can no longer consider you for a role.
The public pages set no tracking or advertising cookies. Our internal hiring screens use a login cookie, which only our own team ever sees.
